Pargo messages you the moment your parcel lands with us. Nobody has to sit at home guessing.
Walk in and collect
Bring your ID and the collection notification. We hand it over across the counter during trading hours.

Before you collect
How do I choose NETCAFE Tech as my pickup point?
At checkout, pick collection instead of door delivery, then search for a pickup point near Etwatwa West or Daveyton. Select NETCAFE Tech on Mabuya Street and complete your order as normal. You can also look us up on pargo.co.za.
What must I bring?
Your ID and the collection notification Pargo sends you. We check both so that nobody else can walk off with your parcel.
Does it cost me anything?
Not from our side. The online store sets the delivery fee when you check out, and choosing a pickup point is usually cheaper than paying for door-to-door delivery.
Can somebody else collect for me?
Yes, as long as they bring your collection notification and their own ID. Send us a WhatsApp first so we know to expect them.
